Acceptance of Terms

By using the AttoPOS app and related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.

Important: Use of the AttoPOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) . By downloading or using the app, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by Apple’s EULA in addition to these Terms.

Description of Service

AttoPOS provides a point-of-sale application designed to help small businesses manage sales, inventory, and customer transactions efficiently.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Some features of AttoPOS may require a subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of purchase. Any refund requests are handled by Apple and subject to their policies. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device settings. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to AttoPOS are owned by or licensed to AttoPOS. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

AttoPOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or profits. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms within the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AttoPOS operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
